Why are the gun variants all statistically the same? (And other weirdness)
It's kind of a buzzkill to open up and unlock new weapons when some of them (specifically in the area of the rifles) are effectively the same, just visually different. If this isn't true, you need to reflect it. But honestly it's just kind of a visual change regardless, the fact that the MP5K has the exact same stats as the MP5, the shorty .45/70 has the exact same stats, etcera.
It's really weird and just kind of demotivates me to try out different versions. There should be SOME differences on the variants, otherwise why do they exist? I can understand the MP5SD and the MP5 being the same in some respects, but the attachment set up isn't exactly diverse so there needs to be something there to entice me to want to break out of my weaponized comfort zone aside from perk points, just for some fun differences.
Maybe that could be looked at in a patch or something? I dunno, it just seems kinda weird to me.
