Text above box art roughly translates to: 15% discount on MasterCard and Maestro cards at checkout with code "Mastercard15" by 15/04/2018. We're not sure if the day is completely unrelated to the game or not, the box art is also believed to be a placeholder, as the logo is for Table Top Racing: World Tour.

There was also a link for a Best Buy pre-order, but it doesn't seem to work. This is more or less all the information we know so far, I'll update this thread with more info as it is discovered.
