As title says. i did not experience this since day one, it happens since S5. Mostly in gank situations for atleas 3-4 sec. on every map sometimes in 1v1 too(in 4v4 modes).
Graphics are lowered to like minimum but till this i was able to play the game on Med/High and it looks like to me that the overall performance got worse too.
Is this by any chance related to the memory leak issue? If yes, what information should i give to help solving the problem?
