OMG I just read that and it is so ridiculous.
A person could interpret that a couple different ways, but to me it seems like a nice way of saying many of Ubisoft's development team left or quit after this pre beta version of SH5 was released, and those that are left have moved on to other projects. This is so dumb. Ubisoft releases a game that is full of bugs and is only half completed, then they quickly release a patch for it that really didnt do anything to improve it probably just to say that yes they did release a patch for the game. The game is still clearly unplayable and now no development team to fix it and complete it?
I sure hope the development team stays on their current project, whatever it is, longer than they stayed with SH5... but... history has showed me that they wont. They will put out another game that is full of bugs and half complete and then move on to yet another project.
This cant be good for Ubisofts image. If they keep releasing garbage to the public, sooner or later their name will be tarnished and sales will decline, which means lay offs in Ubisoft, which means even worse games from them.
Why cant Ubisoft hire more on to their development team so that they can float around staff on projects where they are needed... like in SH5. Ubisoft doesnt see that better products and better customer service equals happier customers which will bring in even more customers and sales which means more revenue for Ubisoft. Currently, it seems Ubisoft is being managed badly.
