Do: Give us actual tactical control over the operation - no more missions that require specific outcomes or tactics (like the ALWAYS fun instant-fail-stealth-missions /sarcasm) because Bowman demands it. I want to be able to strategize on both micro and macro levels. Decentralize ways of destabilizing the OpFor so that taking outposts/bases, stealing supplies, and enabling resistance forces actually makes a visible impact on both the world and the OpFor.

Don’t: No more led-by-the-nose gameplay. Lose the minimap and force the player to actually explore and build connections with the game world. Plant actual intelligence that is usable by the player (manifests, convoy routes, POW camp locations, etc.) that can be heard/seen/read by the player rather than disconnected cutscenes or exposition. Make the player connect the dots so that the gameplay is far more organic rather than promoting getting from Point A to Point B as fast as possible.
