Hello, just had to reinstall W10 on my new rig, was having issues. I'm testing FC out and I'm running into some problems still.

I'll randomly get hit with moments of freezes. The game will freeze for roughly 10 seconds and then continue. FC and Uplay are the only 2 programs running.
If I hit tab or escape on my keyboard then there's a good chance that I'll be looking at a black screen for roughly 10 seconds. If the tab menu even opens up some of the menus won't load at all.
I've made sure that all my w10/mobo/cpu/gpu drivers are updated.
