FEEDBACK: The Wildlife in this game...

I have to give feedback - the Wildlife in the FC games has always been the best I’ve ever seen, and FC 5 takes it to the next level.

The Wildlife in FC5 is simply extraordinary. They’re wonderfully animated, and it’s compelling to watch how they behave and interact with their environment and each other.

That’s why I would love to see their spawn rate reduced. Because, when I see a bear now, all I think is “oh look it’s another Bear...” — because I will have killed about 5 bears in the last 10mins!

It diminishes the spectacle unfortunately, which is a shame, because it’s such a strong feature of the game...

Indeed the game has some extraordinary surroundings and the wildlife is top notch. It is unfortunate that they are basically the revenue stream, and this kinda goes hand in hand with the co-op experience. To be fair, it's not a bad idea. I play with both of my boys and I have been the host due to the fact that I also play on the side. After hunting for a while with Peaches and Boomer, I have enough $ to purchase the elite weapons that I would otherwise have to unlock the regular variants via my status. So now I can switch back and forth between both kids being host for their progression while still be satisfied with my own weapon availability from selling skins.

That is in a nutshell how I think the economy works. But the best thing I ever did was bring two F.A.N.G. specialist, namely Boomer and Peaches. That way I can avoid and observe the wildlife on my own terms and without having to police any brass to make a buck (Peaches rocks!). Then again, I just like to pick a direction and go..and trust me when I say that I have seen some absolutely mind blowing scenery around the perimeter of the map that one would normally miss. The rattlers and heavy wildlife just seems to make anywhere I go more alive than in FC4. I still see your point though.

Dude I think you should feel lucky! Because I have not been able to find more than a couple wild animals. And yes, bear seem to be the more common ones. Especially the black bears.

But I have yet to see a deer, and Elk, and a bunch of other animals that I can't remember to list.

I think the animals are hard to find compared to the old games, because it no longer shows you on the map their spot.

I have seen a couple things that point out animal locations but when I go there, there's none there.

Because I cannot find any animals, I sure am glad that you do not need their skins to craft upgrades!

I wish I had your problem. There are so many bears and cougars in my game that NPCs are constantly getting attacked and killed by them, even while I'm talking with the NPCs. I turn my back for a second and an entire group of NPCs I just talked with get mauled. It's nuts.
