Ubisoft you are having a laugh.

Here I am flying around, in a plane that handles like a bag of spanners, wondering where the hell the person I am trying to beat is?
Is there some mystical chant I need to sing, some naked dancing perhaps that will enable me to see where the hell I am supposed to be going?

The game has the most enjoyable plane/helicopter controls I experienced in video games in years. It's completely arcadey and not realistic which makes it great. If you play using mouse & keyboard then I feel your pain. I only play PC games with a gamepad but tried flying using mouse and keyboard and it indeed felt bad. Maybe you'll consider it a stupid solution, but try a gamepad. Flying is great using analog sticks .

Reminds that time when I was trying to replay GTA San Andreas on PC years after I did it on my Playstation 2 and wanted to give mouse and keyboard a go. It was sort of alright until I got to the flying school which you had to finish to continue. After about 2 weeks of trying I gave up xD. I was able to finish flying school using gamepad on PS2 in around 40 minutes tops.

Cannot use a gamepad because of arthritic thumbs. Plane controls are horrendous with KB /Mouse.
