Incoming Wall-O-Text ( TIA to who read this from start to finish )

I am reaching out on here since my many attempts to get resolution through the in game support as well as report player reporting option have all seemed to fail. With each support submission I have sent I have only received the same cookie cutter response, which is along the lines of " Re start your phone, close all apps, re-connect to wifi, dis connect all other Bluetooth devices" etc. The problem is the bulk of my issues are not with wifi connections or have anything to do with connections at all.

My main issue is not receiving what is owed from PVP wins, and randomly loosing cards.

1. The first issue I submitted to support was when I had a had received a legendary card, Shield maiden Wendy. I had originally planned to switch to a Fantasy deck as soon as i could take Wendy to lvl 2, I just needed to find 1 more legendary card. I waited for a long time but eventually I found the card! I went to level her up and to my surprise it showed i only had 1 Shield maiden Wendy.. To this day I have yet to find another one...

2. My second issue may have been going on since i first started the game, however I gave the game the benefit of the doubt and kept telling myself I must of been the person who was incorrect. I started to feel like even thought I was winning I did not feel like I was progressing through the ranks. I started keeping actual track of how many starts I had before a match and what happened after the match, win or loss. I found that at random times I would win a match only to receive NO STARS... Once I confirmed that this indeed happen I kept paying close attention to this aspect of the game. What I found was very surprising, at the worst I had played 4 PVP matches in a row, I won every one of those matches and my starts remained the same. Keep in mind the end of the fight showed "Victory" and I opened my 3 lockers, but still no stars. Convinced that this was a game issue and not something on my end i sent a support ticket. The response I received was the same (" Re-start your phone, close all apps, re-connect to wifi, dis connect all other Bluetooth devices" etc.) I thought It could not get any worse but it did. I took a loss on 1 match and watched 2 STARS be taken from me. So now at random times a win resulted in 0 stars but a Loss could take 2... very disappointing.

3. Another issue I have noticed, which at this point I have just chalked up to bad luck is in fact a connection issue. So the cookie cutter response from support is actually valid, however despite doing exactly what they ask I show no improvement or less "Lost connections" or random game crashes. That said I have an idea, which I am sure has been said before. When a Lost Connection occurs why cant the match just be voided and no one looses or gains a star. I do understand this can be exploited but I can honestly tell you that EVERY LC I HAVE HAD HAPPEN TO ME is not a result from something I have purposely done to try and skew the odds in my favor. EVERY LC I have experienced has been the result of an Actual LC or something the opponent has done on his end. In discussion with other team members they to are experiencing the same thing. I feel like the way this is set up only really hinders Legit players, who are PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Any how I am by no means a Phone Destroyer Professional However I have spent time and money on this game and have played for a while. I have beat the entire PvE side of the game and I am ranked in Legendary for PVP. Knowing that I would expect to be taken just a little serious. I have played Thousands of games, as well as been on in game player support for many of these games over the years. When I find a game I like I actively try to help support the game as I want nothing more to see a enjoyable game progress and grow. However issues like above are constant reminders why I have tried thousands of games, 99% of games just cant keep up with performance demand. Seeing how this is developed /managed by UBISOFT I do have higher hopes.

I hope these issues will be fixed.

1. there's probably no way to tell if you are legitimately losing cards unless they have a record of it (maybe through purchases). otherwise, everyone will be claiming that just to get cards. You may have to just accept the loss in this case.
2. I don't know what "stars" you are referring to so I'll assume it's "phones destroyed". since this issue you have has been going since starting the game, the developers changed the way pvp packs are obtained now. winning doesn't matter anymore, except for opening lockers. you get the free pvp packs when you destroy 5 phones (health bars) total.
3. They will never scrub the game due to lost connections. If I needed a win and I was losing, then I would just lose my connection to never count the game. People with bad connections just need better connections. I don't think it's fair if I pay so much for my good connection then the game just says "nevermind, your opponent has a bad connection, this game match is thrown out even though you were winning, or the other guy may have been winning."

I myself am no phone destroyer professional either. I've put no money into this game. I've also ranked in the legendary ranks and i'm glad they do resets because it was terrible for legendary rookies to get anywhere in that game. I was ranked around #2000 and got matched with #11, how is that fair?

Since it's relatively new, I'm expecting bugs and issues galore, which is why I don't complain about most things. I do complain about bugs that break the cards, like when using mecha timmy's control followed by mind control to get infinite time control over an enemy. but most of that is fixed, yet there are some new bugs I've seen now.

Some of these issues seem to me might be coming from your end, especially lost connections. you may want to check what your OS version is and see if it needs updating. you might also need to update to a newer phone. I know I have issues playing candy crush using my galaxy note 3 as it lags at the intro big time. I also get lag on phone destroyer when i'm in a match and my phone is doing application updates.
