Wait, really?! I had ps plus this past month and a half because my brother bought it for fortnite, but we usually never have ps plus and it's set to expire. I was enjoying the MP while I had it and figured I could get to all the glorious SP stuff whenever. That being the reason I bought the game in the first place.
This is actually shameful Ubisoft. How can you market it as SP, then not provide it to people who BOUGHT the game. WTF, needless to say I'm starting to understand all this Ubisoft hate from my gaming friends. First of all, Sony should have never charged for online in the first place (I pay for internet already), but that's besides the point. How in the world Ubisoft thought it was acceptable to limit half of the SP game to people who don't have PS plus is beyond me.
Thankfully I have another half month of plus, but once that runs out I guess this game is shelved for good. Probably (my last ubisoft game as well, since I bought origins for the ancient Egyptian setting and Far Cry has decided that its story is enough to sell a $60 SP game (its not). It's a good thing Red Dead is coming out in a couple months, that should actually satiate my gaming appetite for more than a month. The last few GTA games were insane, and this is the first campaign I've genuinely wanted to play in a while. Hopefully Rockstar doesn't get over-influenced by the success of online, looks like they're all I have left.
