Hey Warden-. There was recently a degradation. You may need to restart your network hardware to reconnect.
I'm also having this issue and resetting/restarting everything did nothing to change it except that the "waiting for online services" thing stays on screen longer before it vanishes (like 10-15 seconds rather than 1 second or less).
Any other things that might help or is it one of these "just wait it out" kind of things where there's probably an issue with the store, server side, for my region?

Have you been able to try these connectivity troubleshooting steps? Please ensure that you have configured port forwarding correctly.
