    April 18th, no fix

    Doesn't bode well. A month later and no fix. Went from one of the est games I've ever played to one of the worst, because its game breaking. Why not just allow players to fast travel to the helipad? fasttravel=true? I hope it won't break anything else. Seems like a small issue that literally broke the game for many people.

    April 27th, still no fix

    I already hated the no-save-game philosophy of Ubisoft games but I put up with it... live with your choices and all that... but what CHOICE do I have, here? I'm stuck in a bunker and I literally cannot play the game I paid for. I could start over... and throw away 60+ hours (rarely more than a few hours on a given day so a LOT of days involved).... but then I would have to hope that I didn't get the EXACT same bug the next time I played.... frankly, at this point, like many others, I am debating whether it's even WORTH trusting UbiSoft to create a game that's worth the frustration.

    All of this. I asked Ubisoft for a refund and they told me to contact the retailer for a refund. Ubisoft was the retailer.

    I requested a refund and was told by Ubisoft they don’t give refunds for digital downloads.

    Since I was given a broken game that after 4+ weeks still isn’t fixed and was told no refunds I’ve gone to PayPal to contest the charge. If that doesn’t work I’ll contest the charge on my credit card. I know it’s only $60 but this cannot be an acceptable way to treat customers.

    Yes it sure does. I just downloaded a 1.87 GB patch and my spawn is exactly the same as before. Still stuck in the bunker. You had a month+ to fix this, promised us a fix was coming, and now that the patch is here it's still broken. I've gone to paypal to contest this charge and get my money back.

    Can you try verifying files? (Uplay, Steam) If that doesn't help, please create a ticket with your save file.

    Downloaded patch, still stuck in bunker. Verified files, still stuck in bunker. Going to try to figure out how to attach save game to new Ticket.

    Same here. Verified files, stuck in bunker. Reloaded checkpoint, stuck in bunker. Filled out a ticket. I'd like my money back.

    Please help. I'm stuck, I'm not ready for that part of the battle I don't have that Weapon. It won't let me go back. It won't let me do any side missions. For days all I do is just play it and get killed.. 😞

    Just to confirm, to attach a Save you'll need to put it into a Zip file. This will allow you to add it as an attachment on the case.

    lnkcamp, have you tried all the other workarounds mentioned in this thread? When did you get stuck in this state? Was it before or after the patch that was intended to resolve this?
