    Several Issues

I've not secured my first region at this point, but I have already found a number of potential bugs in the program:

First, releasing Boomer before killing all enemies around him disabled interaction, which was reset on death.

Second, stepping ~30 feet away from the road around Rae-Rae's would spawn at least one enemy truck on returning if not before.

Third, opening the parachute too close to the ground will force clip the player, and hitting the kill plane could potentially CTD.
(I was tabbed out for the loading cycle, I return to get forced to the main menu. I try loading and then CTD. Restarting the game fixed the load issue.)

Fourth, retrieving Nick's plane before talking to him locks his portrait on the map, unless I am still missing a component to his arc.
(Grace and Boomer's portraits have been removed from the map on recruitment.)

I will probably add more to this thread if/when I find more suspicious behavior.

I can confirm the Nick portrait issue.

Another issue I have found is if you happen to beat the 'Boss' of Holland Valley, and you have not yet picked up the quest 'Hitting the Gas', you will be unable to EVER pick this quest up. At all.

I even started a second playthrough (didn't play all the way through first playthrough, I am a completionist lol) in order to be able to play the only mission left in that area for me (in my first playthrough), and instead ran into another issue with 'Hitting the Gas'. If you have the quest but have not completed it, and you then beat the Holland Valley boss, the quest becomes unbeatable, since once you kill John Seed the entirety of Holland Valley becomes devoid of any tanker trucks. Spent about 6 hours driving around the entire area and never saw one. And they apparently don't spawn in other areas.
