Me and my friend were playing for several hours and then the game crashed. Now when we try to start a new co-op game, after a while of loading the game crashes and we both get an error. Mine (host) says: Snowshoe - D778115D And my friends says: Bookworm - 5791F53B. We have flushed dns, verified game files, bridged modems and enabled upnp. Same ****.
Hey MLG_360_J35U5! I recommend trying any of these steps that you haven't yet. If they haven't helped, please create a ticket at support with MSINFO, DXDIAG and a screenshot of your forwarded ports. Thanks!
A friend of mine is having this same issue, we tried everything, we forwarded the requested ports, flushed DNS, checked hosts file, added the Uplay version to Steam and even tried another ISP, but no cigar! I can play online just fine, he can´t. This is so frustrating, Ubisoft! C´mon!Originally Posted by ubisofttofu Go to original post

My friend and I have been playing through New Dawn together, but when we tried to do it today, we kept getting errors.Originally Posted by UbiGabrinth Go to original post
If he joined my party before I entered the game, I'd get kicked and get the error: "Snowshoe-D778115D"
If he tried to join my party after I entered the game, it would load, but then he'd get kicked before he spawned, and get the error "Snowshoe-110D8569"
If I joined his game, we'd have no problems.
I'm really confused why we haven't had problems before today, but all of a sudden it doesn't work. Can anyone help me?
