I'd already done that to try to fix Crossfire, which it turns out was the problem (same as SLI for others), disabling that and the next two hours playing = zero map crashes.Originally Posted by Hewyn Go to original post
Hi all. I have fixed the issue on my machine! I have played for hours with no issues other than a little stutter when my machine gets warm.
I loaded up my BIOS and navigated to my RAM settings and enabled the XMP Profile option using the recomended profile located within my RAM sticks! I also enabled Spread Spectrum and the issue seems to have gone for me.
If I end up crashing again I will post on this thread again and I hope this information helps you all!![]()
I'm also having this problem, I spoke to support and they told me to attach a copy of my DxDiag and MsInfo, which I did. They then directed me to a troubleshooting for PC page (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/0...oubleshooting/) wherein it tells you to do a bunch of things that might help (which they didn't...obviously), like reinstalling drivers and stuff like that. Then asked me to attach a new version of my DxDiag and MsInfo.
So TL;DR -
Goobisoft goofed again and they have no idea how to fix it so they send you to a default troubleshooting page, to be honest I don't know what I expected from them, just a shame I spent a handsome amount of money on them again, just to be let down.
I have a 8700k and a 1070, I made it through the first hour without a single problem now I crash every 2 - 10 mins, I'm getting sick of pc games should've bought it for the one x i'll take a locked 30fps at 4k if I don't get crashes. It sucked spending 60 bucks on a game you cant play.
I had to rollback to my previous nvidia driver - http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/driver_rollback.html
Clearly the latest driver needs fixing!
Played the game for 2 hours since this with no issues at all.
