Greetings,

I purchased a copy of the game off of the Ubisoft website as a gift for a friend and I am unable to find an activation/cd key. Now I have two copies of the game on my Uplay and no way of gifting it over. Ive been trying everything to contact support, email, twitter, facebook, and live chat (which is oddly unavailable). Does Ubisoft have a support "team"? Im at the point of having to refund through my bank because no one from this company will respond..

the computer is installed with a steam version of GRW,but i can't run the game in any way while i already have the game in uplay but not in steam.when i run the game start file it tells me to enter a key while i have alreday logged in the uplay acount with this game. also, i tried the locate installed game on uplay,but theuplay program can't identifily the steam version of GRW.
