I was getting that error, before i made an account on that Ubisoft site (cant remember the name, but they sure push it on you), when i first tried getting into arcade. Guessing you guys have/made an account right?
Thats the only thing i can think of...

Yes mate. I done the first mission (free the island or some crap), took about an hour and a half with all the yattering i had no interest in. Then it came up that ive unlocked multiplayer (after more yatter). I quit then, went to main menu. Selected arcade, and was asked to sign in, or make an account on this ubi site. Couldnt get in without it.
As Rob said, i think maybe you need to do this before publishing a map.

I'm already signed in to the club for years now to play R6, don't think that's the issue here

    ubisoft club required... um no

If having ubisoft club was required in order to publish maps, the game would prompt you to make an account. this is probably another instance of poor game design somewhere, or too many people trying to publish thier crappy "one-sided" pvp maps, or extremely poor bounty hunt maps. its like smeone is letting a bunch of 3 yr olds create and publish maps. not to mention the mindless drones who think COD map remakes are needed in this game. the error hasnt been addressed yet to my knowledge. sucks. but lets have some patience.

For sure a bit of patience.

Its pretty much expected these days that when games release there are teething problems and many things that either couldn't be tested or were overlooked. Devs are human and its human to err.

I think the most important fixes should come in the next few weeks, there will be a prioritising of various errors. However, crappy maps in the servers might be unavoidable. I saw a remake of de_dust2 and it actually played really well, would have been alot better with more players but you can't have your cake and eat it can you?

    error code remains.

what I don't understand why everyone else seems to upload their stuff, but on OPs and my side we can't. that's weired af. I solely bought this to build maps since I did this in all previous games with a lot of fun

I'm having the same issue. Ubisoft prompted me to confirm my email address and I did. Still no dice. I restarted my game after confirming and still no luck. I have a pretty sweet Cowboy-themed map ready to go but this issue is driving me nuts.
