What does this have to do with STEAM? Saw an ad on Steam that looked like you could play this on Steam a month earlier than consoles. is it ever being released to PC or is it just exactly like FC3 PC version with GFX settings higher for newer consoles?

Would be nice if they raised the DOF distance rendering and maybe had some better shadows and lighting/ textures and re-released FC3 Classic edition for PC too.
