Farcry 5 - Speak to Dutch Mission bugged (Corrupted Save?)

So I started a new game, ran through through the beginning of the game all the way up until you change clothes and right before to talk to Dutch in the bunker. Right before talking to Dutch I saved my game and went to bed.

When I loaded the game this morning, I was in the middle of nowhere and Dutch was inaccessible underground it seems. I cannot seem to find a way to get to him. I figured that maybe I saved the game at an awkward point and it caused the issue so I tried to load a different save. Come to find out, there is only a "Continue" option which loads my last save. In other words, if a similar issue happens later in the game, I would have a corrupted saved game and only way to remedy it would be to start all over? Why can't we save and load separate game files? Horrible game design IMO, especially if there are bugs such as these.

I need some help here or I am going to try getting a refund for this game.

    This worked for me

Go to the main menu and select reload last checkpoint. It will load you back into Dutch’s bunker
