If anyone could be bothered to actually look into this it would have been fixed more than three years ago. A simple Google search will show you this problem has been prevalent for at least that amount of time. Maybe you could actually call someone with an ounce of authority and make something, anything, happen. Because this lack of addressing the problem for years does nothing but demonstrate how utterly incompetent your company is from top to bottom. Years this has gone on but if doesn't impact the bottom line then who cares, right? Go **** yourself with your disingenuous assertion that "we'll look into." No you ******g won't, that much is blatantly obvious. The ball is in your court to prove me wrong, but I think we all know there's a snowball's chance in hell that's going to happen. **** Ubisoft, you deserve to be consumed by the sexual harassment scandal that's currently hanging around your neck like a ball and chain. The homogenizers of the gaming industry, that's all people will remember.
I ended up building a new desktop. After installing and trying to login to Ubisoft Connect I get this error:
A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later
I tried to login in offline mode, but it says I have to login at least one time to use offline mode..
Has anyone have this problem and able to fix it.
I have already gave permission for Ubisoft Connect in Windows firewall.
I have also check with other company launchers such as Steam, Origin and Epic Launcher and they run fine. Just Ubisoft Connect has been an issue.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Hi PijanyStary! Thanks for sharing your solution.![]()
Hey there, zer0darkx: I've merged your thread into our megathread for this issue. I appreciate you letting me know what troubleshooting that you've tried already. Could you please try disabling Unused or Virtual Network Adapters? Sometimes extraneous enabled adapters will cause interference in connectivity between the client and our online services. Let me know how it goes!
