Snowshoe-86CF21BA : Your Ethernet cable is not connected or has been disconnected
Get this error when trying to navigate to the UbiSoft Store or open Far Cry Arcade. Most likely other scenarios too.
I am connected and playing the game otherwise. All Xbox Live services working.
I am actually connected by ethernet just to confirm.
Thanks
I am having that same issue with either trying to connect to friends games. Or just start a solo game for my self.
I have done a hard reset on the xbox, I also reset my modem and router.
This has happened while I was in party chat so I know I am not losing connection to the Xbox, and the issue was still there,
after several tries it will connect.
All I have encountered the same errors
Using the information in this Ubi Soft FAQ https://support.ubi.com/en-AU/faqs/0...fallback=en_GB
The "Put your console in a DMZ" Allowed the multiplayer to work. Note:This change is required ONLY to to resolve Multiplayer, for FARCRY5. in My case, Prior to this change all XBOX live Services were ok, multiplayer in other gaves were OK. The UBIsoft Club Application also had error.
This "FIX" is not a fix. As you can only have ONE console in the DMZ at a time. LOCAL multiplayer is impossible.
I am getting this error for the last two nights. CO OP worked fine for days before that. I have tried all steps with no success and every other game in my collection including other Ubisoft games are working fine online. I have a wired connection and 300meg service from my ISP. I never leave my console in instant on mode so its fully shut down every night and clears cache. Any information on this would be great especially if its a server side issue. Again i can play any game online but Far Cry 5. I played co op from launch day until two days ago when this started. Nothing in my setup has changed. Thank you

Hey Daltonbooth, this is the Far Cry forums, but if you're experiencing connection issues on For Honor, please see if these steps help.
