    Ambush and Turrets.

Why is it everything and its momma gets the Ambush buff except Turrets? If i have the buff active, my turret should have the buff active, just like my guns, my seekers, my sticky and well EVERYTHING but turrets. Splain yo'self.

Could be a bug, moe. I'll report this as such and have the guys take a look.

Thanks Amper! Not a huge deal but if its just a bug then it would be cool to play around with it next time,.

More than likely it is a code issue. All other damage types are direct for the most part. You launch a sticky or shoot a bullet and the game just applies a buff to it based on your characters status. A turret, like the support station has its power scaled off your skill power when you deploy it. After it is deployed its a separate unit. Consumables (water) modifies the damage in real time but that was coded into the game from the start. So first theory is they failed to code the turret to receive the damage buff from the GE. Second theory is that they thought it was too OP to sit in cover with the full buff and the let the turret melt everything. With the GE buff it would be really strong, probably out DPSing a Striker player. The RoF on the turret is like 1100 or more. With a proper SP build it could be hitting for 40-50k a bullet after buffs. That said, it's hard to imagine why seekers are good but turret wouln't be. My bet is on the first theory.

    I'm torn on this one.

A seeker or sticky might get multi-kills with GE buffs but a turret could finish a whole mission by itself.
Might be over powered even by GE standards.

Never say that again!! One can never have too much power, especially since we cant use these builds in PVP whatsoever so if every once in awhile if my turret hits for 50k i think it would be just fine!!
