    Hello vic_kang,

Thank you for reporting this to us.

Please check the FAQ here, as this provides some steps on errors such as this.

It's also worth trying a Clean Boot through the steps here, to make sure that there's no programs that might be conflicting with the game.

    Thank you

I was found a solution, I was set my windows 10 system locale to Chinese (Simplified, China) in the region setting.
I was tried to open up the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe in "D:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Games\Far Cry 5\bin\EasyAntiCheat" and noticed that the word "Far Cry? 5". The symbol of (R) was turned into "?".
I was change back my system locale back to English in the control panel -> region -> administrative. The game was finally started up. I need to change back my system locale back to Chinese Simplified because I have some software need Chinese language support. Hope the technical will fix this problem by remove the (R) away due to this problem.
