My game does not let me play in full screen mode. Help!!

What happens when you try & set your game to fullscreen mode?

Could you please also create a ticket and provide us with your system files?

I have already submitted a ticket - it's No. 06075937. In it I said "I cannot get the game to play in full screen mode. I have let Nvidia optimise the graphics settings and this shows that it should be in full screen, but whenever I go into settings in game to try and get it to actually play in full screen it flickers for a second and then stays in Windows mode."
I have also provided the dxdiag and msinfo32 files.
