[PC]Steam Error Access Denied (0x5) | Forums

The game got stuck in a purgatory of trying to load a match that failed to connect so i had to close the game down using task manager and now i cannot play the game as I get a steam error of Access Denied, I've tried standard things people have suggested in the past such as verifying game cashe, reinstalling and disabling anti virus and the issue is stil happening.

Please Help.
