I got GH:wildlands free with my gtx 1080ti last april and i have been playing it since. Since i got it free the code was registered to Uplay instead of steam. If i buy the season pass on steam will with work with my game that is registered on Uplay? Or Will I have to buy the base game again + season pass on steam for me to have to get it?

This would not work, Steam an Uplay are different platforms though they are both on PC, think of them as differently as Xbox and PlayStation.
