After last server maintenance my NAT status changed from moderate to offline and i cant play online at all. My internet provider didn't change nothing (its mobile internet). I guess somthing is wrong with servers.

Can you please try the troubleshooting steps in the link PC

If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket on our support site with a description of your issue and attach an image of your port settings on your router and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

i dont have a router setting, like i sad i have a mobile internet. Before maintenance my nat was moderate, now is offline. And im getting communicate that i'm connected to ubisoft servers and my online services are available.

In this case you'd need to speak with your Mobile Network provider, as they will be handling the Ports/Routing side.
