"Only"? That's a damn sight better than a CoD campaign's 6 hour length. I got the impression that was an estimate about just going straight through the campaign missions and shirking much of the side content. Plus most people goof around a bit on the side and aren't always actively engaged in a specific activity as well when playing these games so I don't think there is much to worry about. 25 hours for a campaign is a lot when they're talking specifically about the core narrative. It's an open world game so the average person isn't going to just blast straight through the main game as quickly as possible... I'm not gonna over-think it and make somethin' outta nothin'...

I'd rather take a short, well-made campaign with missions that are difficult over repeating the same thing for a hundred hours any time. Also judging a game's worth by it's length is very inaccurate since this varies from player to player.
But the one thing with Far Cry is it generally does not force you to complete the repetitive open-world activities so I have no complaints about it.
i heard it roughly takes a good 15 to 25 mins to do a quest and if you look on the map and see how many quests are in each region, it comes close to being 150 there.. I'm sure as the game plays along it gets harder and you will need more time.. so that is a lot of gameplay there and that isn't including stuff like fishing, hunting and so on to get money and exploring and whatever else people do in open world games.. I think that is a great deal of time of the game and pretty optimistic that the story of it is going to be amazing
