I simply cant chat on PC, I already made a Reddit thread and nobody could help me.
I have all my settings on default and my Keyboard settings also on Default, and I simply can not chat with people.
There is no widow that pops up, there is only fastchat that pops up but nothing other.
I try to figure this S!!! out now for nearly two hours and I cant find a solution.

I bet you have some kind of Overlay active like Overwolf, MSI Afterburner or something. Those Overlays f*ck up the Ubi-Chat. Close them, then start Ubi-Launcher. I think that is what you meant with "no window pops up" and "fastchat" is the chat ingame. Correct?

No, the problem was the game. I did restart the game the third time and the T button suddenly worked. I didnt restart my PC or did change anything.
It works now, but its a bug.
