The "G28 Rookie" sniper rifle says either explore San Mateo or buy from the store, but San Mateo is showing all weapon cases found. Anyone know where it is?

Those are errors. You won't actually find it.

Remember, while other Ubi devs are moving towards unlockables with paying as time saver option, this dev is still all about heavy paywall.

You can never find such special weapons in the game without purchase. That's just a mistake of the discription.
