    Update:

    Per our previous social posts this week - we did hold another maintenece session earlier this week though this was not indeded to fix the upload issue. Some of the changes that we had made in attempt to find the issue needed to be reverted or they would start to cause new issues for Trials on all platforms and other games on the server.

    Issue has been discovered to also be affecting team creation on PS4. Resulting in the same failture when attempting to connect.

    We have seen that all our primary server systems are running as intended and no errors or warnings are present when a player fails to upload a track. Suggesting that the process is failing before the game attempts to contact the server.

    Now, our current investations are focusing on secondary systems in the upload pipeline.

    We do apologize for the length of this issue though do know that teams at RedLynx and Ubisof'ts global network are investigating this issue daily and we appreicate your patience and understanding as we work on this.

    Still no update? I understand that this is an old game that doesn't earn much profit anymore, but over an month to fix this seems a bit long time...

    We'll get it all sorted out, promise! They had found some possible leads but the investigation includes several parties. Hoping to share a bigger outline this week on next steps.
