I still have some XPBoosters from launch. I never had enough friends playing for a long enough period to want to use them. I’ve moved in to the tier one progression system, and my questions this:

Do the XP Boosters help with the Tier One Progression or only for the standard Level Progression?

The Blue Tier One boosters affect Tier XP, the others are worthless to you now unless you pop them to help out a friend who is still leveling up.

As HavokUSMC2 indicated, there are specific Tier 1 boosters, so no the standard ones will not help you progress through Tier One mode faster.
