    Ethernet Cable is not connected

Rainbow Six Siege error Code 0-0x00000204
The Ethernet cable is not connected.
Please Check your network cables and try again.

Ever since operation chimera was released, I have been disconnected at least once when I initially log on. Preemptively today, I restarted my computer because the only way to fix it has been a restart. I don't know why this game is disconnected me during every game, but I do know it didn't happen before the update. My settings are in UPnP with google fiber, and I have no problems connecting after my "ethernet cable is disconnected." My host file is correct for Windows 7, and I flushed my dns right before I joined game and took this picture.
    PLEASE HELP.
    Thanks,
    Andrew

This is happening to me as well after Chimera started. I keep on getting disconnected and it's saying that my Ethernet is disconnected. Some of my friends are encountering the same thing as well. It sucks especially when you're playing ranked.

    Hey there!

Could you submit a ticket to our support team with your MSINFO and DXDIAG? This is something we definitely want to take a look at.

    Thanks

I am actually in tandem reporting a ticket. The method I found to fix it was to reduce my network to 100mb full duplex. This is a temporary fix for siege only.

this is driving me crazy. it has been happening since chimera release, i want it fixed right now!!! and why do all pieces of software i have ever encountered display such stupid error messages? why does the message not contain some useful information that might actually help determine the cause of the problem?
