you know you're just spamming the forums without any proof? They're not going to do anything about it just because someone writes a name on the forum and claims it's a hacker.

Also, i have sincere doubts you are witnessing these many hackers. Since i started playing last November, i can't be sure if any of the people i played against hacked. If any did, they did a fine job to appearing legit with their energy management.

First of all, some_ASSl-lOLE is right. You are needlessly spamming the forums about "energy hackers" that you have determined are hacking, with no real proof mind you. Second is that you are posting in the wrong section for people that can't even do anything about it. Third is that you claim "no one reports anymore" which unless you yourself are a hacker, hacking into the ubisoft servers and checking all the reports have no idea who is and isn't reporting.

Stop spamming, stop making false claims, get some evidence, tell the people who can actually do something.
