[XB1]Game Crashes at Start up Screen | Forums

game is having troubles getting past the main screen. It goes to the start up (can see Apollyon and the rest of the gold helmets, and season 5) and when I press A it says it found my profile and try’s to load me in and then freezes and sends me back to the Xbox home screen.

I have run through all of the steps on the Xbox support page: hard restart, resetting gamer profile, uninstall and re-install of game and reset. The last is a restore and I would prefer not to have to do that.

I've done all the same and I am still having this issue. I do not want to wipe my entire system for this one game. It seems like its something to do with their servers. I hope it's fixed soon. I want to get the ST Patrick's day effect

Wiping the system does nothing. I've tried accessing my account on another XB1 and the same thing happens.

How does Ubi have no real support?
