I patched Wildlands Tuesday and now I have another patch it wants to do. Is this the Hotfix we was told about a couple days ago after TU 4?

If it's another 14GB, it's not really a 'hotfix', buddy.

A hotfix is the type of tiny patch that will be downloaded upon a game start and kept temporarily until the hardware is shut down.
