For the future it would be good to consider for the pvp players to be able to not have the pve campaign installed. I mean at the moment Wildlands takes around 80gb of disk space and i dont play pve, it was fun to try it but cmon its pve :P
I say this because the disk space of the game will increase in the future and for us that only play ghost war pvp its just too much of disk space in my opinion.
Is this possible?
Cheers peepz
I understand that and yes ghost war is not separate.
Shouldnt this start to be considered i mean 80 gb for what is honestly two separate games is a bit too much and it will be even more in the future.
Just saying this because i really love the game but it will become annoying, i mean it starts to be...
Most of the game data are the game assets like textures, sounds, 3d objects and scripts for weather and environment.Originally Posted by Mori_morin Go to original post
The story mode and PVP, are just scripts and that does not taking much data.
If PVP would be separate game, with needed graphical and sound assets and scripts, still it would be about 40-50 GB.
sorry but i dont agree, the size of pve map, the amount of automations and all life that exists in pve mode is so much bigger than all data in pvp.
But even if i agreed with you less 30gb now its amazing in the SSD era, just saying, and if they start adding more maps, more classes like they have being doing that gap will become bigger.
Just a friendly suggestion like i said i love the game but if in 2 or 3 years i need space for new games on my disk and i see wildlands takes more than 100gb, hmmm i dunno.
Anyway great job from devs, keep it up buddies, cheers
Thumbs up for T3C_psyko and all wildlands comunity managers that i talk to on his stream. cant remember the name sweety sry but thumbs up for you too =)
