    My mistake. I had uplay installed on a different drive, but it created an empty uplay file in program files anyway that I looked into.

    hi dude, ive had that before. this is the solution you may need: search for the folder: Ubisoft Game Launcher, and then delete the folder names "cache", ive tried and it worked for me
