Can't open pack reward PVP and Event | Forums

Hello,

I have win one pvp pack and one event pack. When I have try to open pvp pack, the slide action for open doesn't work.

So I have restarted the game and I have a message mention I don't have open Pack. At this time the game purpose to open pack but slide action for open doesn't work one more time and the game si stuck.

I have been already have this trouble in past, and I have lost the pack ... I have 2 pack to open ...

Please can you help me to resolve this issue ?

Same here, can't access to game
