I think it would be a convenient idea to make it where you can buy levels with a set amount of SALVAGE points, and make it progressively increase the higher in reputations you go. It would make it a lot easier for grizzled veterans to level a character they don't usually play. I know there's gonna be people out there that say stuff like "but that'll turn the game into a pay-to-win game" well, you can't buy player skill for that character. I've seen people running 40+ rep heroes get stomped by rep 1 and lower players.
I don't have a lot of time in the day to dedicate to this game, so I don't rep up very often on characters I want to play. I just think making another way to spend SALVAGE would benefit older players in some way.

The thing is that gear score matters in most games and that has always been the reason that this game isn't pay to win, that people can't access that higher tier gear any quicker through spending money. The devs did say they had an idea to scrap salvage right into xp at the start of the game but it was rejected because people with money to burn could just keep buying salvage packs.Originally Posted by Pippin_n_merry Go to original post
what I think they should do and I think this would be amazing to do with salvage or steel. Is make so after I complete all my dailys and contract orders I can spend salvage or steel to get a whole new set of orders to do but it only can be done only once inside order reset window.
make it be 1000 steel or 10,000 salvage or whatever but it would be nice to be able to purchase more orders
