Hi Dutchious, welcome to the forums. There was some server maintenance recently which may have effected you. It's possible that your browser is referencing a cached page from when the server was in a degraded state, which could explain why your friend's login worked but your own did not.
Try clearing your cache and cookies, closing down the browser, then relaunch the browser and try logging in again. You can also try a different browser entirely. If these do not work our Support team can help you to clear up the issue. You can reach Support in the following ways:

I have the same problem, https://club.ubisoft.com only loads the animated logo and nothing else, can't login.
The site works fine in Edge but I only get the logo in Chrome and in Firefox I get this info:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of club.ubisoft.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
Club doesn't work in Chrome. Impossible to login.Originally Posted by UbiChrisMANG Go to original post
First you get error for username or password then you get denied.
FIX IT! (its not hard. GET RID OF ALL THE ******* TRACKERS!)
I can't login to https://account.ubisoft.com anymore either.
I tried with Firefox 52.9 ESR, I can enter my account email and password, then the animation starts and nothing. I tried with all extensions disabled: same.
I tried with Edge 40.15063.0.0 and Internet Explorer 11.0.40, and I can't even access to the login window, there only the animation loop.
It's working with Vivaldi 2.1.1337.36 (Chrome base) but it's not my usual browser.
Why are some websites so sophisticated that you cannot even login to them???
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Thanks,
Came to confirm this. Needs 3rd party tracking so ubi knows all your business. wtf. This is not needed.
NO error message on the screen. Dev toolbar says "user unknown", not that most people know to look there.
I can't imagine how many people are stuck by this. Ubi, at least throw a GD message up saying this is required to log in, and don't put an incorrect error in the develop toolbar. Do you even test loging in?
How do they expect to even make a sale when they don't let people log in? This is a common setting across most browsers.
Yeah just encountered this today, absolutely mind boggling that a billion dollar company is so incompetent that you don't even get a heads up to why you can't access an account filled with games that you paid for because ubisoft needs to be tracking you at all times. Until this is fixed I'm not giving this company another penny, and am refunding the game I just bought (thankfully through steam)
