At this point, especially looking at the state of the latest update, I don't care about new PVE contents anymore, since you've made it pretty obvious that there's little to nothing to come to PVE.
But seriously, are you guys ever going to fix the bugs in the main game that have been around since like... the BETA?
It's been more than a year counting the BETA and some of them you guys clearly did not even bother to look into them.
Like...
1. 'the mk. 17 magazine' bug
2.'flashbang quantity' bug
3.'flashbang not working properly' bug
4.'flashed-then-knocked-out guy still standing' bug
5. 'aircraft shield bonus medal not applying' bug
6. 'AI teammate going rogue or not complying' bug
7. 'Sights and optics being misaligned or positioned differently from the gunsmith preview' bug
8. 'Paints won't apply to certain parts in some weapons' bug
...to name A FEW.
The fact that they're so trivial yet still haven't been fixed even after all this time is outrageous and even insulting.
I know you guys don't cater much for the main game now but isn't it your responsibility to at least make the features in the game work properly?
WTF?
I've never before seen a game company so indifferent to the minor easily fixable glitches that are pointed out again and again. Sure sometimes it takes awhile, but not a whole year from release for the minor things such as above to be corrected to make the game better visually and playable-wise. It would show good faith on their part and that they actually do 'listen' as they keep letting us know. To me, by not fixing the little things it leaves me no illusions that anything bigger wont get bothered with and that though they may be 'listening' they sure aren't 'hearing'. Ubi just seems intent on keeping the PVE game running just enough to get our money and to hell with the rest. So long as the missions work, they can say the game is 'bug free' from their perspective.Originally Posted by FREEMAN0129 Go to original post
Also another one to add to the list: the 20rd mag on the M4 sticks through the left side of the mag well of the rifle.
And the big one: You don't get points for killing soldiers in choppers anymore. Made farming points in Tier mode so much easier, which is why they did away with it.
The game was released in an unfinished, untested state.
That was obvious from the beta.
It's built on last-gen tech... The Anvil-64 Engine is what the XBox 360-era Assassin's Creed games were built on... And it shows.
We all know the bugs and limitations e.g. GR is supposed to be a long-range game, but projectiles disappear past 300Ms; There is no jump button for mantling ankle high obstacles; etc, etc.
It is what it is: A terrible mix-mash of outdated game play designs (terrible AI; lazy mission objectives, slow-*** animations) and intended to bring the GTA, CoD crowd into the franchise as much as possible. Do you really think they care about fixing what they consider already "fixed"?
More like in their vision... it wasn't even broken to begin with.Originally Posted by SkyCheez3_ Go to original post
But hey... thank the Gods these people were avid GR gamers.
