Siege is inherently more complicated in it's net-code because of the destructible environments. With nothing else to compare it to, I cut it some slack in that regard.

However, it is unforgivable that they have 100 ping and up players in RANKED play. Maybe the reason it's is forever in Beta is to never address this problem.
If your ping is 100 or more, you belong in Casual lobby. Too bad. Your garbage connection should not be a determent to everybody else.

It also sucks that even though all of Siege's competitors have a wide variety of cosmetic skins and animations to choose from Siege is lite on options.
If other games are a grocery store, then by comparison Siege is a Pizza Hut.

The situation with Siege right now is like Canada's single player health care. With no competition for what it doesn't have to try too hard.

Hopefully the FPS copy cats of the world will try to out-siege Siege and maybe Ubi will step up their game. If only to protect their piece of the pie.
btw the main point of the video, was to show why this game is crap.

Headshots not registering, bugs, glitch, animation not beeing syncronized with the actual visual.

All of these in a """"""tactical"""" shooter.

    Simply scam,.

Never have I experienced and of the sh*t shown in this COMPILATION in which hafl the 'bugs' are connectivity issues. On client side I guess. A quarter of those are not even bugs..
What's the point of this thread? Are you trying to bring hate on you? Could it be that you got booted out of For Honor forums by constructive answers?
Have you been affected by any of those bugs until now? And do not speak of hit registration, I must be the only R6 player out of millions not suffering of this strange 'half second' delay between player and server.

    But ty for the reply.
It’s not false. High ping greatly affect peakers advantage. Every first person shooter that is online in existence has this advantage. Try playing some other games and you’ll see the rainbow sixes is actually not too bad. Planetside 2 has a horrible delay between what you see and what the enemy sees. Unless you know how to instantly teleport data from one point to another you’d better just get used to it.

.... and since the begging of lag compensated FPS games we've known the worse the ping that is fully lag compensated the worse the peaker's advantage becomes.
It is both true that other games are much better and that other games are far worse. The tick rate specifically comes to mind. My understanding is Siege has a tick-rate of 60, where games like PUBG have a tick-rate of 12.

On the other hand counter-strike and even battlefield can have tick-rates as high as 120. Combined with strict controls over player ping and the amount of lag compensation, that is almost LAN like.

As long as we have players with 190 ping abusing the netcode in Ranked, R6S will never appear to be a game worthy being seen as seriously competitive because at any time the match-making will purposefully allow high ping players to essentially cheat. When the match making system does that on purpose it's hard to view Ranked as anything more than Casual with actually player balancing.

This is the same situation with Call Of Duty, and the reason that game never reached much of a amerature or competitive following despite how popular it is, and especially how popular it was in the past.

Patch? What patch? All I got was the 9 gigs of left-4-dead-wanna-be-lame-*** update.
Nothing's changed for me, only the fact that there are even more cheaters now, since half the people are playing outbreak ****

The game still crashes quite often for me, every few hours or so. Yes this game is still unreliable and frustrating to play.
