Same here, won't log in at all. Stuck at "applying configs." Got hung up yesterday but finally logged in. Today nothing. Missing the robo bebe event because of this stupid bug!

Ok, the problem its not the phone, it is the network conection, i cant play with my 4G conection but with my 3G y can login and play normally BUT this only work one time then back with the same problem Game stuck in "aplicando configuraciones". This is became desesperate my team needs me to finish the event and i cant help! Pls solve this or get to us something for the bad time.

Hi Everyone,

We are aware of this issue and are working as quickly as we can to identify what is causing it and get a fix for it ASAP. I know there is a new card event out and everyone is anxious to try and get their hands on it. I will try and see what we can do about it.

For now, please try these steps>

- Make sure your device is up-to-date
- Make sure your app is up-to-date
- Restart the app
- Close background apps
- Power cycle your phone
- Clear the app cache (from the device settings)
- Delete and Reinstall the app
- Try a different wifi network

Those Troubleshooting tips don't work... for 2 days now its bugged... it has something to do with ipv6/ipv4 server connection. when connected via wifi the game downloads wrong files or something causing event items not to be displayed correctly and will make the game crash if you open a pvp pack...(which is quite normal because the game cant display the event items in that pack) i already lost 2 pvp packs because of this. when connected to mobile data/4g the game is downloading the correct patch. and for some users they are just stuck at applying configs... today the event buttons are gone for me again... even at 4g... cant click on them buttons in main menu, cant see event items... see my post in the bug section please... submitted screenshots there 2 days ago...

Yes exactly this is perfect message from you I have the same problem at two different devices...

But you can Try unloging from Google account at game and connect again then sometimes downloading somthing and then you can see Avent button but there are still some error message in event table

So this means goodbye to try get robo bebe for this weekend.... and the fuc´$%ing youtubers get it from the beggining and at level 5... very good work hope u compensate all people we get stuck with this error, i mean if u give free cards and materials for nothing we deserve too for not able to play and get ir on the correct way....

I try 3 differents networks, 2 two differents devices, but still the error persist, barely I can collect the free packs, and one pvp match without the load will it stuck

Thank you for the reply Buck, it's good to know you guys are working on a fix.

For those if you saying its a Wi-Fi/network issue- I'm not using Wi-Fi at all and the game will still not let me log in. Have any of you guys found a workaround yet? I know they are working on repairing the game but it sucks missing the event!

Forgot to mention- I'm using an LG LS755. A lot of people have reported problems with their Xiaomi phones, but it's not limited to that brand.

Its been 4 days now , not only missed out the event but free packs as well sigh.
