Game stuck at "Applying Configs" | Forums

I raised a support request with Ubisoft customer service.

They suggested some things to try, but its all very generic.

- Make sure your device is up-to-date
- Make sure your app is up-to-date
- Restart the app
- Close background apps
- Power cycle your phone
- Clear the app cache (from the device settings)
- Delete and Reinstall the app
- Try a different wifi network

I have tried all of these and nothing works!

I have a HTC M8 by the way. Its an old phone but according to the play store it is supported by this app.

Stuck in the applying configs part of loading up the game. Gamer tag is edogwizzle, please help fix. Insured that everything is up to date and working, fix your bugs with the new terms of conditions please.

The game will no longer load for me.

Its always stuck at "Applying Configs".

Xiaomi redmi 4 pro. May be some issue with miui and this game.

Goto settings - system and device - additional settings - developer options - turn off miui optimization, restart and turn off memory optimization, restart. Now I can play that damn game. But, the bug came back, but turning on and turning off this options make it ok again.

I tried it two times and did not help....
I don't think that problem is at miui, becoase my friend have Xiaomi redmi note 4 and he can play normally, he don't have problem...

I things that problem is some where at attemps.. When I downloadid attemps via wifi then i logging but I don't see event.

Lastly i make it work on my htc one m8 and this is what i did:

I was connected with wifi house so i turned off in my cellphone and the 4g too and start de app so this the app detect i was not online, then i turn on the 4g and give retry and then the apply config starts but not get stucked and let me play... i turned off the 4g and turn on the wifi in my cellphone and play normally...

hope works for all and sorry foy my bad english...

Yes that will work, but always i need to do this if i want play... This is not solution...
They need to do somthing with this issue... But They do nothing... Iam odered to new phone and hope with it will work them...

Only work one time, i was doing the same and not work anymore.... hope we be recompensated with this issue, if they give robo bebe cards to the assoles youtubers for nothing... we can expect much more for this error....
