Game stuck at "Applying Configs" | Forums

The game will no longer load for me.

Its always stuck at "Applying Configs".

I have tried reinstalling it several times, but that doesn't fix it.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

I can't manage to play either, i uninstall the game when it first happened, i installed it again and i was able to play a match, i closed the game and tried to open it again and it got stuck again, i did the same uninstalling thing and it got stuck in the loading of a pvp match, i don't know what to do either, uninstalling doesn't work and that's the only thing i can figure to do

Several players from our clan have same problem, we all have Xiaomi redmi note 3

I raised a support request with Ubisoft customer service.

They suggested some things to try, but its all very generic.

- Make sure your device is up-to-date
- Make sure your app is up-to-date
- Restart the app
- Close background apps
- Power cycle your phone
- Clear the app cache (from the device settings)
- Delete and Reinstall the app
- Try a different wifi network

I have tried all of these and nothing works!

I have a HTC M8 by the way. Its an old phone but according to the play store it is supported by this app.

I've been having the exact same problem ever since this morning my game installed some assets. I tried everything and nothing works, other peeps at discord have the same problem.
The worst part is that this problem is making me miss the Robo Bebe event Redlynx need to address this problem quick because i see i'm not the only one.

Please help, tried everything to start the dang game. Always gets stuck at applying configs. I've done everything ubisoft has recommended. It's the damn new accept terms and conditions, I'm sure of it
