After the 4GB update, Uplay has this error" Uplay has detected an error it can't recover from and must shut down." for Ghost Recon Wildlands. Other Uplay launched games like Ghost Recon Future Soldier work fine

steps taken

1. I have uninstalled Uplay and copied my save files in an alt location
2. uninstalled Uplay
3. reinstalled Uplay without saved save files
4. rebooted
5. launched Ghost Recon Wildlands and have the same error
6. Ghost recon Future Soldier works fine
