Dedicated Server on XBOX - I can't get a game going at all now | Forums

Hi, I have an XBOX One X. I'm based in Houston, TX. I'm trying to play dominion. I hit the queue and searches for a game fine. I connect to a game and select my hero no problem. Then it goes to the screen with the 4 vs 4 heroes all lined up against each other. Then it goes for honor and the pre game animation displays. Just as I'm about to run in the game, I get a error and it shows everyones name leaving the game and I'm back at the main menu.

I tried to get 7 games today and the same thing happened everytime.

My Nat is green. Generally, I have a great connection 1GB line to my house. A beast mode of a router. Any ideas on what is going on. Before dedicated servers I could always get a game, but would get dysncs when people would quit, so I stopped playing. I've been waiting for dedicated servers and now they are here and I haven't been able to get a game going at all.

I'd encourage you to reach out to our support team regarding this. From the sound of things, you should be good to go. However, the support team will be best equipped to troubleshoot any potential issues and help resolve them so you can get back into matches.

I had this happen to me too on X1. I closed the app and came back in, that seems to fix it. Must’ve had 5 games is a row that did exactly as you described. After that I got in without a hitch - however I’m waiting for that lag comp to fire up... still a bit iffy at the moment.
