3 month Just Dance Unlimited was only for one day | Forums

I would like to know why did my Just Dance Unlimited went out after 1 day when it was supposed to last 3 months so i would like to know if it was something like free trial but if it was I'm going to be angry. On JD 2017 i worked just fine so why it doesn't work on JD 2018. I would like to get my 3 months JDU back if it is possible. Thanks for answer.

This happened to me as well, I had to purchase the 3 month subscription just to play the songs I had played that morning.

Yeah I got the Game on Monday so when i got home i played few songs. Then the Just Dance Unlimited unlocked but i had to go on my club so I came home late so didn't had time to play. So I opened the game and it said my Just dance unlimited has ended. I was angry. But after a 5 hours or so i opened kids mode opened the unlimited songs and the Unlimited worked again so its funny story.

hi dont worry everything is working now but the song thumbs just locked and wont open so i dont know what is going on. But i saw a few more people having problem with their JDU service.

I think i didnť repaired it i was just searching for some songs so i clicked on kids mode. i was looking at the songs a then i saw that you can open set of JDU songs for kids so i opened it it said something like you can enjoy your JDU or something similar. I was confused so i went to the normal mode and the unlimited was working again so that all i think. If you want to know something more just let me know.

Ok thank you that was actually one of our solutions that we gave our players if they had troubles accessing JDU.

Started playing Friday night. Only got access to Unlimited for 24 hours. Nothing in kids section to select.
Snowed in. Frustrated. Disappointed kids. Please advise ASAP!
