    Khopesh

The one thing I'd change is take out the mace for a khopesh. the khopesh is one of the coolest, most versitile swords out there and a staple to ancient egyptian warriors.

    Ok,now , It's time to stop.
How difficult it to understand that the warrior you are talking about are from the bronze age. Did you forget that the game is set in a period where black powder and incendiaries have already been developed. You cannont just ask for any warrior from the timeframe you want , it needs to be at leest from the middle age . The roman survived well into the transition from antiquity to the middle age, unlike ancient egypt , that was already ruled by invaders for centuries, and if you consider the eastern roman empire ,the roman did exist in the middle age. At the point in time were the cataclysm happened , egypt was mamluk. So now you have 3 choices : - stop asking for ancient egypt character
    - stop asking for ancient egypt character and ask for medieval mamluk
    - - stop asking for ancient egypt character and ask for other african faction / warrior , like christian Nubia/Ethiopia , the Mali or Songhai empire , even the Benin kingdom would be awsome.

This game isn't based on realism, Valkyrie is norse mythology, I hardly think adding an Egyptian faction will ruin the game. In your timeline restriction I'm sure a lot of characters aren't from those years, Gladiator matches were stopped in 400 AD, so he technically doesn't fit either.

I think they made a mistake picking a faction with the same feel and look as another, it would be like picking Celts and Vikings as two factions, they are culturally very different, but have the same look for the most part, mostly leather armor with metal helmets and shields, face and body paint. Kind of like the Samurai and Wu lin, by looks they could be the same faction, they are too similar, Mongols would have been a better choice if they wanted another faction from the east.

I'd welcome an Egyptian faction over another Knight or Viking styled faction.

I think it's better to get as diverse as we can with faction selection.

Racism and politics should have zero influence on picking new factions, I would much rather a Saracen faction than a Chinese faction personally, and I'm a white Canadian with scottish and english heritage, I would rather that faction because their warrior's looked badass, not because I'm middle eastern, the Wu Lin are pretty "meh" when it comes to intimidation, from their voices, down to their clothing and movements.

Seeing as how you hate those cultures so much, wouldn't it be satisfying for you to fight and beat them in game?
